Website Hosting Terms
Plain-English terms for our Done-For-You + Hosting plan.
What’s included
- Managed WordPress hosting on SiteGround servers
- Free SSL certificate
- Daily backups and WordPress, theme and plugin updates
- Up to 30 minutes of small content edits per month (text, prices, photos). Larger changes are quoted first.
- Yearly plans include one domain registration or renewal (standard .com, .net or similar)
Billing
Plans renew automatically each month ($29) or year ($290) through Stripe until you cancel. The one-time setup fee is $297. If a payment fails, Stripe retries the card and emails you. If a payment is still unpaid after 14 days, we may pause the site until the balance is paid.
Canceling
Cancel anytime from your billing portal. Your site stays live until the end of the period you paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
You own your content and domain
Your text, photos and logo are yours. When you cancel, you can request a full copy of your website files and a transfer of your domain to your own account at no charge.
Refunds
New orders are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, payments already made are not refunded, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
Acceptable use
Hosting is for your business website only. We may suspend sites used for spam, illegal content or anything that harms our servers or other customers.
