Door hangers are still one of the cheapest ways to fill a pressure washing schedule, especially right after you finish a job. Neighbors just watched a dirty driveway turn bright white. Your door hanger shows up while they’re still thinking about it.

Do door hangers work?

What to put on a pressure washing door hanger

• A big before/after photo (your own work, if possible)
• One clear headline: “Your neighbor’s driveway just got cleaned. Want yours done too?”
• A neighbor offer with a deadline: “$25 off this week only”
• Your top 3 services: house washing, driveways, roofs
• “Fully insured” and your star rating
• Phone number in large type plus a QR code to book or get a quote
• A handwritten touch: “We were at 123 Oak St today”

Where and when to hang them

• The 20–40 homes around every job you finish (the “job site blitz”)
• Neighborhoods with older homes, shade and visible mildew
• HOA communities, where one neighbor’s clean house makes others look dirty
• Thursday and Friday, so homeowners see them before the weekend
• Always check local rules: never put them in mailboxes

Track what works

Use a different offer code or phone extension per neighborhood so you know which streets respond best. Re-hang the best streets every 6–8 weeks.
