The 9 sections every pressure washing contract needs

1. Customer and property details: name, address, phone, email.
2. Scope of services: each surface, area and price.
3. Schedule and weather: date, arrival window and your right to reschedule for unsafe weather.
4. Payment terms: due date, accepted methods, deposit and late fees.
5. Customer responsibilities: water access, windows closed, vehicles and furniture moved, pets inside.
6. Pre-existing conditions: oxidized paint, loose siding, failed window seals, unsealed outlets, deep stains.
7. Plants and landscaping: the precautions you take and the limits of liability.
8. Satisfaction window: concerns reported within 48 hours and you’ll make it right.
9. Signatures and date from both parties.

Add a liability waiver and property damage release

A separate waiver lists the known risks of pressure and soft washing, records pre-existing damage you observed (with photos), and has the customer acknowledge them before work starts. Pair it with timestamped before photos of every surface.
